Creating a Lead Magnet

One of the top tools to build a successful business is to create a lead magnet. A lead magnet is a “freebie” that you can distribute to help convert a cold audience into warm leads and eventual clients. A lead magnet is a great way to build your community and provide value.

 

Start with your mission. What is your intention behind your business? What is the value you are trying to provide? How can you easily highlight your expertise, skillset, and services?

 

 

Solve a problem. What is the #1 problem your ideal client struggles with? How can your lead magnet solve their problem, or at least provide valuable insight and information which leads into your service (which will solve their problem for good)?

 

Don’t be afraid of variety. You can create a few different lead magnets. They can even have the same format, but different content. One of my favorite types of lead magnets is  a “Top 5” guide. “Top 5 Ways to Be a Successful Food & Body Coach…” “Top 5 Tools for Growing Your Business…” you get the idea 😉

 

 

Have fun with creating your lead magnet! And don’t put too much pressure on yourself. At the end of the day, it’s about providing value to your ideal client, and putting yourself and your skill set out there. When you do that with an intention to truly help people, you can’t go wrong.
