Role: Executive Assistant to the CEO
Reports to: Samantha Skelly, CEO, and Pam Przybylski, Director of Business Operations
Job Type: Contract Employee (20 hours a week)
Location: Southern California (Solana Beach, CA) In person 2-3 days/week and also virtual flexibility as well.
Mission of the Role:
The mission of this role is to provide focused and diligent high-level administrative support to the founder of the company, Samantha Skelly. This includes managing her calendar and travel schedule, internal and external communications on behalf of Samantha, preparing spreadsheets, managing podcast bookings and speaking engagement bookings, research, and support with social media when needed. This role works closely with Samantha, ensuring all important details are taken care of on a daily basis. You must be a ninja at attention to detail, communication, and organization.
