You know, it's something I had to figure on my own, understanding how to be in our bodies and how to just love myself without obsessing over myself. About Jill Coleman

Jill Coleman is the owner at JillFit and co-founder of Metabolic Effect. She has a BS in Exercise Science, MS in Nutrition and her experience includes fitness competitions, several national covers and plenty of business growth.
