The tables were turned again today as I was interviewed by my dear friend Kyle Lasota. In this episode, Kyle asks me how I got into breathwork and created my own breathwork modality for the world. We discuss everything from the science behind breathwork (and why hyper oxygenating the brain is so good for you), my vision for where I plan to take breathwork in the world and why you need to quiet down your mind to truly listen to your intuition.
