Since we’ve been jamming on emotions the past few weeks, I wanted to create a guided meditation to help you feel into your emotionality. Meditation was one of the most important tools to help me end the battle with food and my body. It wasn’t until I started to truly feel and connect to my body–through meditation–that I was able to learn the difference between a physical hunger cue and an emotional hunger cue. Eventually, I was able to stop my obsessive behaviors with food altogether.
