So this life thing? No one has it figured out. We’re all in a physical body, living a human experience. I don’t know about you, but for me, half the time, I don’t know what the heck I’m doing. There are days when I’m always uncomfortable or feel like I’m doing this life thing wrong. If this is something you can relate to, just remember that those things and feelings are just stories that we tell ourselves – it doesn’t mean they are true.
And here’s the cool thing…we are all experiencing this together. The fears that you have are the same fears that I have. We’re all humans having a human experience. We’re all confused, but we all get to make light of it as well.
Life can be hard or it can be easy. It can be dark or it can be light. It can be all of those things at once! The question is:
How are you playing the game?
You get to choose your reality based on your vibration. You get to play the game of life exactly how you want to play it. And the important thing to remember is you only get one time to play this life, so how are you playing your game?
Are you operating from a place of fear, struggle, and frustration?
Or are you operating from a place of love, abundance, joy, bliss, and ease?
Both are possible. Narratives of both of these scenarios are happening all the time, but what are you choosing to put your energy into? And if you’re not showing up the way you want to, then what do you want to choose? How do you want to play?
The most beautiful thing of all is that we can always change the way we’re playing the game.
If you see that someone else is playing a game that looks way more fun and entertaining than how you’re showing up in your life, then start to embody that game. If your game has been focused on difficulty and suffering, shift to a game of happiness, ease, surrender, and trust. You can make that change.
Attachment to narratives is the root of all struggling and suffering.
Instead of focusing on attachment and then wallowing in the pain of things not going “how they should,” allow yourself to have fun. Invite ease and play into your life – into your game. If you’re gonna do this life thing once, you might as well have fun, play, and enjoy yourself, right?
So ask yourself, “How am I playing the game?” And then go from there.
