So one of my favorite hacks is viewing life as a cosmic game. In order to win the game, the only thing you need to do as you play is be happy. I know, I know, that can be waaay easier said than done, but this is something I really want you to explore: how to maintain happiness.
Stop right now and think about this – if your only goal right now was to be happy, how would the next thing that you say be different? How would the next thing that you put in your body change? How would you treat people? How would you show up for yourself?
How would you choose to live your life and play the game if the only goal was to be happy?
Most of us view happiness as a sacred destination, and in order to get there, we need to do all of these external, superficial things, like:
Make a ton of money…
Level up your career…
Bag a super hot boyfriend…
Live in a big house…
Get approval from your parents, society, and everyone else except yourself…
The truth is: you don’t need any of that stuff to be happy. You get to feel happiness right now, just because you choose to. That’s right…
Happiness is a choice.
Try it right now. Just for a moment, see if you can increase your happiness and raise your vibration. Think about something that brings you joy, and stay in that frequency for a moment. How do you feel after doing this?
The problem that most of us battle is that we step into happiness for a fleeting moment, but we don’t sustain it. Your body goes back to be addicting to suffering and struggling, because that’s how we’re conditioned to be
But what if you consciously allowed yourself to stay in that frequency of happiness? What if you were so freakin intentional about doing so?!
In every moment of every day (especially the moments when you are struggling), look for things in your world to be happy about. Even the smallest most minute thing – if it brings you joy, revel in it. Maintain the frequency of happiness at all costs.
Just think of how your life would change if you did this on a regular basis…
