One of the best methods to overcome scarcity is gratitude. Seriously – an attitude of gratitude can literally change your life. I’ve seen it firsthand, both in my own life and the lives of my loved ones and clients.
Money is just energy. This is the first thing you need to understand. Money isn’t dollars in the bank, it’s just energy, and as such – it needs to flow, both in and out.
Like attracts like. If you just focus on what you don’t have, you’re stuck in lack and scarcity, and like attracts like. To help shift out of this mentality, you need to make gratitude a habit.
Gratitude journaling. Journal on gratitude every single day. You can write about one thing for which you’re grateful, or make a list of 5-10 things that you’re grateful for. You can even google a gratitude prompt list so you have different topics to journal on each day.
There are tons of resources out there when it comes to gratitude and abundance. Some of my favorites include Abraham Hicks meditations, The Magic, and A Happy Pocket Full of Money.
